Community of Faith barbecue

LACROSSE — The Community of Faith is sponsoring a barbecue this weekend in the LaCrosse Park, 302 Main Avenue.

The event is at 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, and will feature speaker Mark Kennedy, an artist, who will have his easel and paint for the audience to watch as he paints.

A service and barbecue will follow Kennedy’s presentation.

Food will be available including hot dogs, buns and condiments, with plates and water provided by Community of Faith.

Attendees are invited to bring a salad or dessert to go with the hot dogs and should bring a lawn chair.

Community of Faith is comprised of LaCrosse and Dusty area churches, including Selbu Lutheran, LaCrosse Community Church and Country Bible Church.
