Jeffery Alan Rathbun, 54, driving under the influence, hit and run attended vehicle non injury. Held without bail through District Court.

Darcy Taylor Spracklin, 27, protection order violation. Held without bail through District Court.

July 31

Aaron Daniel Aung, 21, US Washington Eastern District Court Title 18 US Code Section 1204, International Parental Kidnapping warrant. Held without bail through Federal Court.

Jovani Vladimir Barrios Peralta, 27, protection order violation, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.

Teressa Ann Halverson, 37, warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Held without bail through Kootenai District Court.
