Aug. 13

Robert Nolan Denunzio, 23, warrant for delivery of controlled substance, possession. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Wayland Derek Savage, 34, escape 1st degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Nathaniel David St Clair, 21, driving under the influence. Good time release set 10 a.m. Aug. 15.

Aug. 14

Dylan Matthew Hale, 21, assault 2nd degree, domestic violence, unlawful imprisonment, domestic violence, assault 4th degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Wayland Derek Savage, 34, warrant Idaho DOC escape from custody. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Aug. 15

Dylan Cayne Arland, 32, warrant DWLS 3rd degree. $25,000 bond or $2,500 cash bail through District Court.

Devron Martin Parrish, 37, warrant theft 3rd degree. $5,050 bond or $550 cash bail through District Court.

James Nelson Boedy Reed, 32, warrant theft 3rd degree. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.

Frank Alexander Rodriguez, 20, warrant robbery 2nd degree. $500 cash only bail through Superior Court.

Christopher Lee Sickles, 43, malicious mischief 3rd degree, harassment, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.

Aug. 16

Adrian Kendall Lafollette, 33, USMS hold, federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

Lindsey Rae Cooper Staley, 43, DUI. Good time release date set 9 p.m. Aug. 31.
