NOTICE OF A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Previously scheduled for August 29, 2024, the conditional use permit hearing for Buck Canyon Barn is being rescheduled for September 12, 2024. The reasoning for the rescheduling of Buck Canyon Barn’s hearing is because adjacent landowners were not notified of the application on time.

Dan & Brandy Brown have applied for a conditional use permit to operate Buck Canyon Barn, an event venue for community festivals and dryland RV camping, to occur annually from April to October at 39802 SR 195, Colfax, WA 99111, in the Agricultural District.

The hearing in front of the Board of Adjustment is at 7PM on Thursday, September 12, 2024, in the Public Service Building, 1st floor auditorium, N. 310 Main St., Colfax, WA 99111. Virtual attendance is available through ZOOM.

Interested persons may submit comments regarding the proposed zoning action to the County Planning Office, P.O.
