Aug. 20

Christopher Matthew Stephens, 45, warrant possession of a controlled substance. Held without bail through Latah County District Court.

Aug. 23

Shutian Wang, 25, warrant 2nd degree ID theft, 1st degree ID theft. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Superior Court.

Aug. 24

Joseph Michael Cross, 38, assault 4th degree, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.

Aug. 25

Lowen Patrick McCormack, warrant 2nd degree assault, strangulation, protection order violation, domestic violence. Held without bail through Washington Department of Corrections.

Quinton Elijah White, 29, 3rd degree driving with a suspended license. $250 bond or $250 cash bail through District Court.

Bucgikas Isaac Woltering, 28, two counts 4th degree assault, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.

Jesse Tyler Young, 39, driving under the influence. Good time release set for 8 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 28.

Aug. 26

James Stewart Olson, 33, residential burglary, domestic violence, protection order violation, 3rd degree assault, resisting arrest. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Katherine Roberta Russell, 34, harassment threaten to kill, domestic violation, 4th degree assault. Held without bail through Superior Court.
