COLFAX—The Whitman County Jail reported the following individuals booked from Aug. 27 to Sept. 2:

Aug. 27

Jaleel Robert Black, 38, drug paraphernalia use; possession with intent to deliver; possession of controlled substance, marijuana; warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Held without bail through Payette County District Court. Added charge, warrant compliance review hearing possession controlled substance by prisoner. $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Superior Court.

Champo Mwela Chilambwe, 46, 2nd degree assault of a child, domestic violence. Held without bail through Superior Court.

James Leonard Dunkle, 58, warrant WCDC FTA DWLS 3rd degree. $5,000 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

Renee Ann Miller, 56, 4th degree assault, domestic violence. Held without bail through Colfax Municipal Court.

Corey Thor Regis Ness, 43, warrant 2nd degree theft WCSC FTA. $500 bond or $500 cash bail through Superior Court.

Cody Rae Roberts, 33, warrant theft 2nd degree. Held without bail through Washington Departments of Corrections violated community custody conditions. Added charge, warrant WCDC FTA possession of a controlled substance. $2,500 bond or $250 cash bail through District Court.

Aybree Rylor Walchli, 18, DUI, driving without a license. Good time release date set 10:15 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29.

Aug. 28

Jaleel Robert Black, 38, drug paraphernalia, out of county warrant for possession of controlled substance marijuana. Held without bail through Payette County District Court Idaho.

Armando Daniel Guzman, 25, residential burglary, domestic violence. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Aug. 29

Amanda Christina Long, 44, 1st degree DWLS, ignition interlock device violation, 1st degree DWLS, warrant operating a vehicle without ignition interlock device. Good time release date set for 8:20 a.m., Sept. 3.

Isaiah Gregory Snyder, 40, willful violation release condition, possession of a controlled substance MDMA, possession Ketamine, drug paraphernalia, out of county warrant. Held without bail through Latah County Idaho District Court.

Aug. 30

Christopher Wendell Young, 45, warrant possession with intent to deliver. $10,000 bond through Whitman County Superior Court.

Sept. 1

Glenn Ernest Games, Jr, 46, commission of hate crime. Good time release 6:15 p.m. Nov. 30, 2024.

Kathrine Jade Proctor, 24, 4th degree assault, domestic violence, interfering with domestic violence reporting. Held without bail through District Court.

Sept. 2

Roy Gene Carter, 60, DUI, ignition interlock device violation, 3rd degree driving while license suspended. Held without bail through District Court.

Marice Atiyeh Dennis, 18, 4 th degree assault prior domestic violence, 3rd degree malicious mischief, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.
