THE HEIRS and/or DEVISEES OF JOHN A. LUHTALA, et. al., and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest, or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein,

Defendants.

The State of Washington to the said defendants: the Heirs and/or devisees of JOHN A. LUHTALA, including TERESA JO SUMMERS, NANCY MCCLELLAN, PHILLIP ALLEN LUHTALA, JULIE A. SHAUERS and GARRET LUHTALA.

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 12th day of August, 2024 and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff GARY L. STEFFENSEN, a single person, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff GARY L. STEFFENSEN, CYNTHIA L. DELEON and GREGORY L. DECKER, at their Office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of the action is to quiet title to the following described real property to the Plaintiff herein:

Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 11, HUFFMAN’S SECOND ADDITION TO Tekoa, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book B of Plats, Page 38, records of Whitman County, Washington.

Situate in the County of Whitman, State of Washington.
