10:13 a.m. — State Highway 270, Pullman. Hay bales stolen.

10:18 a.m. — Milepost 41 of U.S. Highway 195, Colfax. Andrey Viktorovich Stefoglo, 39, arrested for first-degree driving while license suspended and an ignition interlock violation.

1:05 p.m. — U.S. Highway 195, Rosalia. David Paul Kelnhofer, 62, arrested by citation for knowingly possessing a controlled substance and released.

2:20 p.m. — Whelan Road, Pullman. Civil issue.

7:40 p.m. — East Blair and North Montgomery Streets, Uniontown. Vehicle with hood up all afternoon. Vehicle doesn’t have license plates.

8:00 p.m. — South Mill Street, Colfax. Assist Colfax police with a trespassing call.

8:16 p.m.- Garfield Farmington Road, Garfield. Chain saw stolen.

8:18 p.m. — North Third Street, Oakesdale. Trespassing. Person cited and released.

8:57 p.m. — U.S. Highway 195 and Old Wawawai Road, Pullman. Horse in the middle of the roadway, owner responded and the horse was returned home.

8:59 p.m. — Rosalia. Verbal dispute.

9:08 p.m.- — North Crosby Street, Tekoa. Suspicious person; deputy responded and contacted the subject.

8:14 a.m. — State Highway 23, Milepost 36, Lamont. Levi A. Christenson, 29, arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended.

11:20 a.m. — State Highway 26, Milepost 120, LaCrosse. Gunter L. James, 43, arrested for third-degree drivign while license suspended.
