Endorses Jenna Brozik for judge

Jenna was my attorney for a very difficult child custody case following the death of my sister in 2018. I

am forever grateful to Jenna for how hard she fought for my family and my niece.

She did this because she cared and truly wanted the best outcome for my entire family. During the child custody trial, Jenna showed she was a force to be reckoned with.

Jenna has the best qualities to be the next judge. She is ethical, honest, fair and very knowledgeable of

the law.

It seems like there is a system of favoritism that exists in the judicial system in Whitman County Superior Court. It is time to elect a judge who is not a part of that system who will enforce and follow the law as it is written. There is a reason why the position of judge is an elected position and not an appointed position.

She is never unprepared and always has her facts and research together. One of Jenna’s greatest strengths is that she is calm under pressure and has a good temperament. I believe Jenna will be an exceptional

superior court judge and I say this from experience.

Brozik for judge

I am writing to endorse Jenna Brozik for Whitman County Superior Court Judge. I am a retired attorney who litigated in Whitman County Superior Court for over 30 years. My law partner was Mike Pettit. Our law practice, Wiley and Pettit law offices, was in Pullman, WA. I have known Jenna Brozik for 14 years. She is the most qualified candidate. She is empathetic, experienced and ethical. She recently met with residents at Regency Assisted Living in Pullman where I live. Most of us here are senior citizens and registered voters. Her presentation was well received and much appreciated.

Dorothy Wiley,

Pullman
