Darien Leaf Armstrong, 26, fourth degree assault, three counts of third degree assault, obstruction of a law enforcement officer. $25,000 bond or $2,500 cash bail through Superior Court.

Randall Harding Blanton, 54, third degree theft, second degree burglary. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.

Jesse Tyler Young, 39, driving under the influence. Good time release date set for 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 13.

Omar Miguel Rivera Garcia, 29, federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

Dale Prairie Chicken Hirst, 49, driving under the influence felony.
