NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Scott Sumner which involves:

Proposed construction of a maintenance building with 2,400 s.f. footprint and an alley to be used as storage for snow piles in the winter on a property of 9.2 acres containing existing property.

The proposal is located at 1535 NE Merman Drive, Lot 2, Block 2, North Campus Heights, within the NW ¼ of Section 33, Township 15, North, Range 45 East W.M.

Those who wish to comment to the city regarding the issuance of the DNS must address their remarks to the Responsible Official, RJ Lott, AICP Director of Community Development, by 5:00 p.m. on October 10, 2024.
