Flu shot clinics to open next month

In preparation of upcoming flu season

PULLMAN – Local primary care clinics are gearing up for the 2024 flu season by offering flu vaccine clinics to protect the community.

Pullman Regional’s primary care clinics, including Palouse Pediatrics, Pullman Family Medicine, Palouse Health Center, and the Family Medicine Residency Center, will host a series of flu shot clinics with convenient options for both established and new patients.

Palouse Pediatrics will offer drive-thru flu vaccine clinics, allowing established patients to receive their shots without leaving their cars. The drive-thru clinics will take place at the Pullman location on Saturday, October 5, and October 19, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Wednesday, October 23, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointments can be made by calling 509 332-2605. Moscow-area patients can participate in drive-thru clinics on Friday, October 11, and Wednesday, October 16, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments for the Moscow clinic can be scheduled by calling 208 882-2247.

Pullman Family Medicine and Palouse Health Center will also offer flu vaccine clinics, welcoming both established and non-established patients. Non-established patients must bring a valid ID and insurance card.

Pullman Family Medicine will hold clinics on Saturday, September 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and Friday, October 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call 509 332-3548.

Palouse Health Center in Palouse, will host clinics on Friday, September 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 509 878-1890.

For established patients of the Family Medicine Residency Center in Pullman, flu vaccine clinics will be available by appointment on October 9, October 16, and October 23, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 509 336-7720.
