St. John-Endicott reviews September expenses

COLFAX — The St. John-Endicott collaborative School Board discussed September finance updates for both schools during the Monday, Sept. 30 board meeting held in Endicott.

St. John-Endicott School Business Manager and Human Resources Director Janelle Kelley reported numbers for the month of September.

Kelley reported Endicott payroll for the 2024-2025 year at $226,892.76, in comparison to 2023-2024 at $246,657.12.

The general fund accounts payable came to $196,246.12 for Endicott in September, for capital projects accounts payable $9,738.48. 11.4% of the budget was spent with a total of $3,346,816, with $384,007.13 in total expenditures.

In the capital projects fund budget for Endicott, 4.86% at total expenditures of $9,738.48, coming to a $200,500.

In St. John, Kelley reported the payroll at $273,709.09 in the 2024-2025 year, in comparison to $280,379.12 in 2023-2024.

The general fund accounts payable came to a total of $242,442.24 for the month of September and accounts payable capital projects came to a total of $5,290.12.

Accounts payable for the Assembly Student Body came to $2,264.77.

St. John general fund budget was reported 10.845% spent, $464,774.12 total expendintures and a total of $4,285,576.

The capital fund budget for St. John school was at .48% of the budget spent, total expenditures of $2,317.16, at $480,000.

The assembly student body budget had a total of $968.15 in total expenditures, 1.17% of the budget spent at $84,250.

Kelley reported that both schools did not spend any money from the transportation vehicle fund budget of $800,000.
