NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Germain Farms, LLC which involves:

Rezone request from R1 & C3 to R2 on 75 acres. Basic maximum density for the R2 zoning district is 15 dwelling units per net acre. Due to hilly terrain, a future project would have a significantly lower density.

The proposal is located at South side of Old Wawawai Road, east of State Hwy 195 within the southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 14 North, Range 44 East W.M.

Those who wish to comment to the city regarding the issuance of the DNS must address their remarks to the Responsible Official, RJ Lott, AICP Director of Community Development, by 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2024.
