NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the Whitman County Kamiak Butte Water System Improvements (PN: KBWSI24) project will be received in paper copy form by Whitman County Board of County Commissioners, State of Washington, at the Whitman County Courthouse Council Chambers in Colfax, WA, until 10:20 A.M. local time, on Monday, November 18, 2024, at which time all bids will be opened and publicly read. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered, regardless of the reason. Refer to the Bidder’s Checklist for a list of items that are required in the bid.

Each bid shall be separately sealed in an envelope and clearly marked with the name of the Bidder and the project name on the outside of the envelope. NO FACSIMILIES OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Handicap access to the Whitman County Courthouse is available on Mill Street.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 at the Kamiak Butte County Park (Kamiak Butte Park Rd., Palouse, WA 99161). A more thorough Invitation for Bids is included at the front end of the bidding documents, and serves as the complete Notice. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 60 days after the actual Bid Opening.
