Serving Whitman County since 1877

Qualified candidate

For the first time in over two decades voters in Whitman County are tasked with a very important decision: who will you elect as our next Whitman County Superior Court Judge?

Roger Sandberg is the ONLY candidate with extensive knowledge and experience in ALL types of cases – family, civil, or criminal. Roger has served as Superior Court Commissioner, and Judge Pro Tem in Whitman County District Court. Unlike his opponent, he is the only candidate with jury trial experience, and the only candidate that has handled felony criminal cases.

Roger has represented my family in litigation concerning our farm corporation. He is extremely knowledgeable in these complex civil matters, essential experience for our county’s Superior Court Judge.

Years ago, I served as juror in a criminal trial presided by Judge Frazier. Because of the way he presided over the court, and his instructions to us, we on the jury were confident we reached the right and fair verdict. In contrast, I was once called as a witness in another state. The judge there was newly appointed and had never tried a civil case. From the witness stand, I saw her frantically searching through law books as she tried to make a ruling. Her inexperience resulted in a decision that was damaging, both emotionally and financially, to the litigants.

Roger Sandberg is knowledgeable, qualified, professional, and most of all honest, with the highest ethical standards. He is the only candidate with the experience that Whitman County needs as Superior Court Judge.
