Greyhounds wrangle Wolfpack

Pullman improves to 2-5 on the season

SPOKANE — The Pullman Greyhounds got their second win of the season on Thursday, Oct. 17, as they defeated the North Central Wolfpack, 28-14, at ONE Spokane Stadium.

Pullman scored a touchdown in the opening quarter and added two in the second to take a 20-o lead heading into halftime.

The Greyhounds added a touchdown in the third quarter, but the Wolfpack scored two of their own in the same frame. Neither team scored in the final quarter, giving the final score of 28-14 for the Greyhounds.

Pullman improved to 2-5 on the season, 2-3 in league play.

Next up for the Greyhounds will be to take on the Clarkston Bantams at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, for Pullman’s final home game of the season. Pullman will finish the regular season with an away game against the Riverside Rams at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1.
