Endorses Brozik

I am a client of Jenna Brozik running for Superior Court Judge. My name is Jeff Faunce. I met Jenna Brozik after my brother passed away in Tekoa and our family needed an estate attorney. There was a dispute with his estate and we had to go to trial. Jenna represented our family throughout the two year process.

There are several qualities that Jenna has in which I believe are good qualities of a judge. She is intelligent and knowledgeable. She is a great listener and has a good grasp of the legal process. Jenna is sympathetic to all parties, both plaintiffs and defendants. She can see the issue from both sides.

Jenna knows her way around a courtroom and has excellent trial skills. Throughout the process, Jenna made recommendations that were very appropriate for the situations, and she has a calm, reasonable, temperament. She responded with grace and professionalism whenever we received requests from the opposing party. Jenna was always well prepared before any hearing and trial.

She has heard crazy requests from opposing council and her style was incredible in removing the negative energy she was dealing with to provide fair and reasonable solutions, that were appropriate in response to the requests put forth.

I believe all of these qualities mentioned above including her ability to find reasonable, creative solutions to problems/issues will be great skills that Jenna can bring to the bench. I endorse Jenna Brozik for Superior Court Judge.
