Oct. 23

Aerik Dean Copell, 28, warrant third degree driving with suspended license. $2,500 bond or $250 cash bail through District Court.

Jonathan Taylor Graening, 23, driving under the influence. Good time release date set for 8:45 a.m., Oct. 24.

Oct. 24

Christopher Elmer Fromknect, 47, possession of a stolen vehicle. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Jeremy Michael Robinson, 45, third degree assault law enforcement officer, two counts of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, third degree malicious mischief, resisting arrest. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Quinton Elijah White, 30, department of corrections hold. Held without bail through DOC.

Oct. 25

Shyanne Rose Johnson, 27, two warrants for probation violation. Held without bail through Nez Perce County District Court.

Arthur Jason Ayers, 50, driving under the influence. Good time release set for 1 p.m., Nov. 24.

Lucas Everett Welch, 44, protection order violation.

Oct. 26

Roy Gene Carter Jr., 61, warrant for second-degree driving with a suspended license. Held on a $10,000 bond or $10,000 cash bail through District Court.

Shyanne Rose Johnson, 27, two warrants probation violation. Held without bail through Nez Perce County District Court.

Oct. 27

Hailey Michelle Games, 23, commission of hate crime and two counts of fourth-degree assault. Held without bail through District Court.

Oct. 28

Elizabeth Anne Camp, 48, harassment, threatening to kill. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Bryson Andrew Fry, 26, first-degree burglary, three counts of possession of a stolen firearm, three counts of theft of a firearm, reckless endangerment. Held without bail through Superior Court. Good time release date set for 12:12 p.m. on Dec. 13.
