COLFAX — Whitman County District Court reported the following criminal case dispositions from Nov. 6

Seth Schnider was found guilty of a minor possessing alcohol, therefore has 30 days of jail, 30 suspended and fines totaling $543. Community service can be performed for $500 of fines at the rate of $17 an hour completed by March 31, 2025 with proof of completion. Defendant has supervised probation for 6 months, unsupervised as soon as all essential requirements have been completed. Up to $200 of the fine will be waived upon probation verifying that at least this amount was paid into the Diversion Program by the defendant.
