Madison Sickels was found guilty of third-degree theft, therefore has seven days of jail with credit for zero days served. The defendant has a total of $1543 in fees and must pay the total restitution of $1,000 by Dec. 5, 2024 and all remaining financial obligations by Feb. 28, 2025. Defendant has probation for 24 months, with a $25 monthly probation fee unless the fee is reduced by the probation department. The defendant must not go upon the property of any Walmart.

Emma Flieg, was found guilty of third-degree theft, therefore has seven days in jail with credit for zero.
