Brian Timothy Clark, 40, warrant failure to register as a sex offender. $100,000 bond or $10,000 cash bail through District Court.

Michael James Hikes, 38, warrant second degree taking motor vehicle, conspiracy possession of a controlled substance. Held without bail through Department of Corrections.

Holly Allene Jones, 29, warrant third-degree theft. $400 cash only bail through Superior Court.

Dec. 25

Lucas Everett Welch, 44, protection order violation, domestic violence. Good time release date set for 11:45 a.m., Feb. 22.

Dec. 26

Brandon Earl Helvik, second-degree assault strangulation. Held without bail through Superior Court.
