Former county resident shot by police

SPOKANE — Former Whitman County resident, Joshua T.L. Musselman, was identified as the man shot by Spokane Police Officers, Sunday, Dec. 29, at an apartment complex located in the 800 block of West Cora Avenue.

Spokane Police Officers responded to a call at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29, of a male in the apartment complex holding a rifle and firing it.
