Dec. 31

Levi August Anderson, 20, warrant obstructing a law enforcement officer, fourth-degree assault, warrant first-degree negligent driving. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.

Jan. 3

Preston Rae Ferrell, 23, second-degree unlawful firearm possession, good time release 2:11 p.m. Jan. 21.

Elizabeth Roseann Martin, 54, knowingly possession a controlled substance (meth). Good time release 7:30 p.m., Jan. 2.

Emylee Madison Ward, 19, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.

Jan. 5

Robert Martin Packard, 53, warrant possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Held without bail through Spokane County Superior Court.

Jan. 6

Cavan James McCall, 19, four counts rape second-degree compulsion, second-degree assault strangulation, fourth-degree assault sex motivation. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Bryan Lopez Perez, third-degree driving with a license suspended. $500 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.
