COLFAX—The Whitman County Jail reported the following individuals booked from Jan. 7 to Jan. 14

Jan. 7

Peter Medill Barnes, 18, third-degree theft. Good time release date 6 p.m., Jan. 8.

Nicolas James Batten, 23, possession of a stolen vehicle. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Benjamin Lee Rinehart, 45, second-degree malicious mischief. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Jon Carl Taylor, 55, warrant failure to register as a sex offender. Held without bail through Washington Department of Corrections.

Jan. 8

James Michael Buchanan, 36, warrant third-degree driving with a suspended license. $1,050 bond or $1,050 cash bail through District Court.

Khaled Mensur Yosuf, 21, warrants driving under the influence, first-degree driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock device. Warrant first-degree negligent driving, warrant driving under the influence. Held without bail through District Court.

Jan. 10

Crystal Sharee Trampus, 35, second-degree introduce contraband (meth), second-degree driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Kevin Robert Chastain, 45, federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

Cecilia Ann Sooy, 47, out of county warrant fourth-degree assault. $5,000 bond or $5,000 cash bail through Spokane District Court.

Jan. 14

Desmond Ernest Beck, 31, warrant delivery of drug paraphernalia, third-degree theft. $5,000 bond or $5,000 cash bail through other court. Added charges of warrants no valid operating license, knowingly possessing a controlled substance. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.

Jacob Cole Bremer, 28, possession of a stolen vehicle. Held without bail through Superior Court.
