Tekoa-Rosalia to host first-ever girls wrestling

Small school dual meet is Thursday

TEKOA — Girls wrestling gets a home debut Thursday, Jan. 16, for senior night at Tekoa High School.

The small school dual meet is the first girls wrestling meet ever for Tekoa-Rosalia, which is hosting Colfax, Kettle Falls, Liberty (Spangle), Lind-Ritzville and Wilbur-Creston at the inaugural event.

The 5 p.m. meet kicks off with senior night festivities for No. 3-ranked Lulu Taylor of Tekoa and manager Keely Fournier or Rosalia, with wrestling to immediately follow.
